ORDER INFO:
A deposit will be requested for all preorders made, amount of
the deposit can be the full amount of the item to at least 10% of the cost
of item. Does not apply to some privilege members and those long standing
fans who have never cancelled an order with FantoFan before.
Deposit are requested to be settled within 2 weeks once the
buyer confirmed on placing the preorder.
When items are secured and shipping cost approved, the buyer
only needs to pay the outstanding amount after taking out the deposit.
All preorders placed by first time customers are requested to
be confirmed within 2 weeks after they placed the order along with the mentioned
deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the release of the
item, however, a 10% charge of the item will be deducted from the deposit
before refund, for example if the deposit was 10% then it would not be refunded.
Any expenses incurred by the transfers of remaining refund back
to buyer due to cancellation will be charged to the buyer, by deducting it
from the refund amount. Refund period might take up to 1 month based on the
amount and format of transfers.
Please understand the Refund/Cancellation policy is not only
to protect us but also to show our commitment in meeting your orders, we reserve
the right to implement this at our discretion for all cancellations but will
retain the flexibility to review the reasons behind the cancellations on a
case by case basis, hoping to reach a satisfactory result for both parties.
About SHIPPING COST
All prices does NOT include shipping costs, to be fair to all buyers, shipping
costs will be base on the exact weight of the items ordered with the packaging
required to send the item. As the items might not be released for another
few months, the exact shipping cost could not be calculated till the item
has been released. An estimate can be made upon the request of the customer,
however with the agreement that the amount quoted is subject to change and
can be charge to buyer if difference is significant.
While we recommend maximum protection to the item during shipping, we realize
that will contribute to the cost of the shipping, in order to allow the buyers
have more control on the shipping costs, we have provided the following packaging
options for your reference.
Please note that besides the general outline of each shipping type listed below,
some additional rules might apply depending on the contents and volume of shipment,
however it is only in some rare cases.
